I am in need of a decent internet doctor. Last couple of runs I've had a jabbing pain from the base of the spine down to the groin. Feels like a nerve thing. Stupidly pushed through an agonising 6 miles trying to run it off and could barely walk for a couple of days. Should I be saying goodbye to my loved ones?
