I have no idea why it happens. I have used Arup, Harry Rowland and some local bike shops to build up wheels. I have also bought off the shelf shitty Shimano things. I have resorted to using 28mm tyres as it seems to help.
I will get these wheels built up by one of those recommended above and I guarantee by summer I will have posted a pic here of broken spokes on said wheels...
