Steel road bike, 58cm, c£50

My fiancee wants to give her brother a bike as a birthday present. Something like an old Raleigh or Peugeot would be great, not too expensive as I'm going to put flat bars on it so ideally the price would be kept down to cover parts.

Could stretch to £100 for a flat bar road bike in great working order.

Preferably something retro looking and at least 58cm.
