I'd contact White industries and see if they made a campag freehub for your hub. They have them for their T11s so it could be a goer...
Otherwise conversion cassettes are available from miche and ambrosio.
Or, if it's an 11s shimano freehub you could change to 11s Campagnolo and use a shimano cassette, as the spacing is the same.
