Am I allowed to post car UNappreciation here? Been borrowing a pug 1007 and low and behold drivers side magic slidy from the future door is kaput! (I wonder why they never caught on...)
Won't even budge, just makes a sad little groany noise when you press the button. The car also thinks the door is open even when locked so the piss boiling-ly annoying beep with accompanying interior light flash are constantly on while driving.
Done a little research and it appears its most likely the actuator for the motor inside the door failing because of the grease they used only having a 6year shelf life...sigh
Anyone been unfortunate enough to come across this?
