Zwift say the Intel HD 4000 and AMD R meet minimum spec.
See also this Zwift forum thread:
one user says he has the Intel i5-6500 Skylake with HD 530 graphics, works in High Quality mode, doesn't say what FPS he achieves.

This seems to suggest 520 beats 4000:

How is Intel's onboard GPU for Zwift's 3D? Traininerroad doesn't have any 3D I don't think. Computrainer software does 3D.
