So Keith Kellogg seems at first re-assuringly dull compared to Flynn.
But then again, he has been a company man in the military-industrial complex since 2004, an industry that is not past the odd bribe to land a contract.
So which foreign power has tucked away a bit of 'kompromat' on Kellogg?
