I bought some Assos shorts for a hundred and ten pounds, the most I have ever spent on an item of bicycle clothing. The pad isn't sewn in all the way round, the waist elastic has no grip, they don't pull up very far leaving your stomach cold in winter, they are a stupid charcoal grey colour instead of just black which is fine I mean what's wrong with black, they have a little plastic logo that makes me think I have a tick or a wart or something, I'm going back to my £80 endura shorts which are more comfortable
