  • 100 Foot Bank? Yeah, it's, err, character-forming. It's part of my standard 20 mile training loop, so I do it at least once a week normally. There was a tail wind down there today so 40kph+ even on a road bike. Although I've never tried it, I suspect the overall effect is similar to using a Kanga hammer directly on your 'nads for 10 minutes...
