yes, i also never heard about 453 tubing till got this frame. it was attached with thread to braze on and strap.
Strange, but this frame has braze ons only for one bottle cage. For simple and effective way to attach cages I used tape and zippers. Although in future thinking to make braze ons for bottle cages.
