Cooked a pork shoulder for ten hours in white wine and Sriracha, served with crusty white rolls, Sriracha mayo, Charred butter cauliflower, satay chickpeas and pickled chillis.
Above pic is halfway. Removed liquid, thickened separately and added back at the last. Fed 6 of us and made a couple of sarnies up for lunch tomorrow -

Max's is awesome, when he first opened i went in to him blasting out Smog and dishing out free Beer. The ham egg and chips is the best thing on the menu by far.
