These are all from PPH - generally hate using it but desperate times etc. Actually think I may have a local solution but waiting for them to confirm. Have had a few samples back through PPH and all they've done is a quick push on exposure/sat etc- it would take me 15 minutes to do the lot like that in Lightroom - no blemish removal, smoothing of models hands etc.

Send them to a sweatshop in Asia? Send to two just to be safe? Peopleperhour could work as well, I've found surprisingly good people there before
