Not too sure where to post this, but any ideas where to buy/if seat stay specific pump pegs exist? Thinking the clamp size on traditional ones will be too wide. Thank you

Except in this one the seat tube is part of the front half. Is there a photo of it apart?

You could possibly get two sets of these. The peg on the top seems to be only passed through the bolt, so you can replace the clips for small ones enough to clip on the stays.
Otherwise, providing that your heel and left crank arm clear the pump, you could fit it on the seat tube but tucked in slightly behind it.

I second that. I got tektro CR720's for my Kona initially, but the cheapest shimano v-brakes blow them clean out of the water in comparison.
