Bad listing pics from a seller that left it in the shed for 10yrs meant I got it cheap. It's certainly not worth more than I paid but it'll scrub up just fine if I put the time in. It's a fairly early model- r-clip locks, extra struts on the yoke and less struts on the main bit.
I need to space it out about 3mm as it just nips against my rack at the moment. I thought el wire around the base and rear frame might be cool. It's 3v so no idea if it could be run off a dynamo.
I'm picking up packages at the post office tomorrow. Also need to buy cat litter. Already paid for itself in my mind.
Old style flag is green which is ace. -

Worth checking the hub width as Brompton could be a bit narrow. https://lifeinthecyclelane.wordpress.com/tag/schwalbe-kojak/
I put a Schwalbe marathon racer on my BOB yak and that's served me well

From what I've read they released it on their 75th anniversary. Rare as shit, expensive as shit, but looks so so good

First ride with the big rig was great, hardly noticed the bob on the back. An IKEA bag fits perfectly in there and I have a big hold-all/rucksack that will work for longer trips.
Will get rid of the worst of the rust but not be too fussy about it. -

Probably not the best place to ask this, but are there any cheap alternatives to the Nitto Albatross 31.8mm?
I'm looking for one for a porteur-style bike.

Nearly finished up my homemade jig today. Just need to figure out a way of putting some rulers on it to make measuring up a bit easier and less time consuming. It's working perfectly for my first frame on it and keeping everything straight.
