heat will soften epoxy so maybe a micro lighter on the alu cups

Solved with a bit of heat and acetone. Not a fun job hammering a carbon frame. New dead blow hammer was also a good investment.

Long story short I'm going to use a praxis bottom bracket
Fitted an adapter but it wasn't great?
Glad it's sorted. Sounds like the kind of thing you don't want to be doing to a bike that belongs to someone else :)

No. Never even entertained an adapter this time. Tried them in the past with a BBright and creaked liked mad after a few months.
Also a pain in the arse to run internal di2. It is the 2014 model and its as if the internal cabling was an after thought. Doing everything blind and using all the tricks in the book including a hoover and the park tools magnetic cable kit.
Then the joy of setting up osymetric rings.
Then the $350 rear derailleur decides to stop working.
Great Friday.
So I have the above bike and my customer wishes to run a shimano crank set.
Long story short I'm going to use a praxis bottom bracket but the aluminium cups have been epoxied into the carbon bottom bracket shell.
Short of hammering this bike to death does anyone have any advice on softening the epoxy to help with removal of the cup?
