  • It's not the Z2. It's the fasted bit.

    You're bonking. What do you expect. It takes days to properly recover from a full on bonk. Some even have bonkovers.

  • Yeh maybe. Those sessions never make me feel tired and shitty tho. they are becoming correlated to more failed hard sessions however
