Have started doing some some more fasted z2 taps on the turbo first thing in the morning; 75-90 mins usually. I have a zero carb protein drink after about 50mins and have a decent breakfast soon after the session.
They don't tend to make me feel tired afterwards during the day, but i have found that since i've started doing them, when i go to do some of the harder sessions, particularly longer threshold efforts, I just feel weak and pathetic.
Is this easy stuff actually tiring me out more than i realise? If so, they can do one.
Looking at my weekly numberz, they're increasing the volume but not my weekly TSS all that much.
