Interesting, thanks. I'm currently at 770 to the top so this has me thinking maybe a 54cm would be good for me too. I'm so confused.

yeah this is a tweaked position from original my bike fit. Obviously i have slightly weird proportions so take that with a pinch of salt.

I can ride both a 54cm and a 56cm but prefer the way a 54cm with a 130 stem rides compared to a 56cm with a 110 stem.
