Bianchi X4 for sale
Get your change to buy your self a very nice early Bianchi X4 from 1988!!
BIANCHI Celeste „Specialissima x4“ frame made out of COLUMBUS SLX, chromed Campagnolo fork ends;
This BIANCHI racing bike is guaranteed a „specialissima x4“ from the year 1988. The condition is absolutely top – You will earn a great bike.
Check http://veloaficionado.com/the-bianchi-x4-code/ for a really detailed analysis of this bike’s features
Have a look at the below following as well as further pictures on flickr:

The size of this frame is approximate 59 cm. The frame is engraved 59 under the bottom bracket, which actually means in this frame 58ct (no error in writing ). Last winter, I have completely restored this bike. Paint is partly repainted but stickers deliberately kept original. Paint is good condition but has a few small spots. Campagnolo C-record 2nd generation parts .
• Brake levers Campagnolo Cobalto
• Brake calipers Cobalto Cobalto.
• Wheelset: Campagnolo C- Record hubs. Wheelset has been ridden for 300km after complete C-record hub renovation (with Ceramic bearings, keeps them go round and round forever!) and laced on NOS Mavic Open 4CD rims with fresh Vittoria Open Corsa clincher tires ( ridden only four times)
• Headset: Stronglight delta needle bearings headset for reduced weight. Significantly lighter than the C-record headset
• Shifters: Simplex. The peloton used to prefer the better performing Simplex shifters above all. I have a spare used Campagnolo C-record headset
• Campagnolo C-record 2nd generation crankset 172,5mm
• Campagnolo C-record bottom bracket
• Campagnolo C-record pedals, with Campagnolo leather straps
• ITM Bianchi pantographed stem
• 3ttt Paris-Roupbaix handlebars with leather sewn handlebar wrap (took me really a lot of hours to get this right!)
• Matching clothing set comes with the bike to attend to retro rides.
• Comes with 2 period correct Bianchi water bottles, really difficult to source these!
It is possible to send additional high resolution images.
