@KTown , Had that problem with those pads before too.. I found pushing from the closed off edge of the holder with an allen key allowed a little movement then getting a screwdriver in the wee gap you create allows you to push the pad out, it seems once you get that first movement it slips out pretty nicely. Hope this helps!
