This is for Sam, but illustrates a generic point. Rotary engraving doesn't do sharp internal corners, everything will have a fillet radius of at least the size of the cutter, and the cutter size will generally be the stroke width of the lettering because that avoids the complexity of cutting multiple paths to form the letters.
