Busenger today as I'm out later. Got the x68 which is usually pretty good but traffic was almost a standstill from Upper to West Norwood. When we got to WN station, the driver said it would take an hour just to get to Tulse Hill (about half a mile away). So got out and walked to Tulse Hill station only to see the cause of the hold up. Road works on a burst water main. Large area coned off with temporary traffic lights. Were there any contractors there trying to fix it? Were there buggery!
