Yep, the fee is taken from the payment received by the buyer, so some ask to bump up the payment amount a little to cover it. Don't bother adding unless he has asked you to :)

It's 20p plus a percentage which I can't remember offhand: maybe 3.4%? Velocio did mention it in one of the classifieds rules threads.
But most people just add 4%, which usually works out about right. But if you're spending a reasonable sum, you'll want to be more accurate.

Trading on there seems pretty flaky compared to here, but it seems to work if the number of complaints are anything to go by.
If you use PayPal G&S then you've nothing to worry about.
