Hey I'm looking for a small sized bicycle for my girlfriend. It's her birthay next week. Help!

She's 5"4. So a small frame around 50-53cm Im guessing.

I nice light steel frame.

Looking at spending 100-200

He has been part of the KNWU ( the national Dutch cycling federation ) and may be called the derny specialist in the Netherlands ( Holland ).
Chris Jeucken once had a bicycle shop in the Limburg Venray which he made in the evenings tailor bikes to riders from the region.
