The hubs are not Campagnolo cassette compatible. So you won't be able to use the cassette that will come with the groupset.
You can, however, use a shimano/Sram 11speed cassette which will work with your campy groupset.
Or best option, forget about silly Italian grouppo and buy yourself an amazing shimano 6800 -

I know it's the sensible choice, I know I should go Ultegra or even 105. But the lure of Campagnolo is strong - I've never had it and I feel like I need it.

6800 is 11speed - Stick an 11sp Shimano cassette on it and it should work with an 11sp Campag groupset.

It's not as good as it used to be. Shimano has advanced so much over the years it's hard to beat on performance and cost.
But yes the option is to run shimano 11 speed cassette with Campy and it will shift fine

campag is sweet. yep, shimano is slightly better value, but so is a buying a merida.
11s shimano cassette will work perfectly.
I'm thinking of a new build and it's based on this frame that I'm hopefully going to be buying:

I have Ultegra 6800 hubs laced to Velocity A23 rims, and here they are:

When I bought the wheels a few years ago there were classed as 9/10 speed. Anyway I know they're not great wheels and I really like then, they're never gone out of true.
So my question is for the mechanics among you. Can I sling on a Campagnolo Potenza 11 speed groupset (or maybe 11 Athena). Or am I letting myself in for a world of pain and hurt? Or is it an impossibility?
Thanks.
