First thing I checked over. Bike was knocked over and there's too many issues and not enough daylight hours to sit and tinker with it. I prefer doing my own work generally, but in this instance, I just want to ride the damned thing!

Are you just going from the symptoms of a sticky throttle, or you know that the throttle tube is the issue? I had one which was just a problem with the bar end rubbing on the handgrip rubber, the throttle grip had crept a little on the bar. Had me scratching my head for a while.
