I've not measured it cos I've not got one, just going on the published figures, which say about 6% (with SONdelux being the least, maybe it is 5-5.5 or something).
Of course, your threshold power is a fair bit higher than mine - the less power you have to start with, the more difference the x Watts will make!

I measured it at 4W. For my son delux.
Did you measure 6?
For me that's 2% loss. Or on a really bad day 4%.
