@Thuekr sadly the lowest on both R460 DB and RR511 DB is 24.

Definitely 20/24 on carbon but I don't know how that'll work for a 23mm rim
I did some simulation though. Doesn't help at all

I think you should go down the 32 3 cross road then.

Looks a bit off to me.

RR 511 DB in 20h would be perfect.

I'd go 32 (possibly even 36) spokes front and rear with a shallower rim depth. The wheels will be stronger, and all things being equal more reliable for longer. I have 36 front and rear and those things can take a beating without needing much more than a very light true once or twice a year

As a footnote, I quite like the way 2 or 3 cross looks on the front

Deep carbon on a "street whip" is lame.

I'm favoring R 460 DB now as I stopped trying to substitute carbon with the 511. And hell, they are half the price!
As for spoke count I'll wait for Macks reply. Depends on what he have in stock.

There is a webpage stocking mack hubs and sells them only 5% more

I only know of SM-Parts but that'd be 15% more + shipping

Grey TB14s was one of the best decisions I made for a wheelset choice, would recommend. They look amazing.

I quite like how shallow rims like tb14s look on a chunky alloy frame. Deep carbon on bikes that won't be raced just looks a bit try hard IMO.

Yeah, that's why I dismissed that idea.

I have TB14 in the rear of my beater, not a big fan of the looks on fat tubing. I think I'm gonna stick with R 460 DB before I change my mind again.
Waiting on Mack's reply now, not the fastest replier.
