At about the 70hr mark myself, still on act one and still so many side quests. Only got about 16 gwent cards left to collect, am playing with anyone who crosses my path. Only just managed the High Stakes quest, the 1st guy I drew with 7 fucking times in a row resulting in rematches, finally beat him by 1 point, the rest were comparatively easy

Pro-tip: Finish Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine before you finish the main quest. @Festerban
