Yes - they will gum up.

Maybe. Maybe not. I've been on Panasonic Cinder Cross all season - which is a pretty similar tread to the Cross Boss.
A rocket Ron front and racing ralph rear would be pretty good all year round too I reckon.

Picked up a second hand Rose Cross Bike which I'm really enjoying, when I bought it I had road tyres on it (Currently running four seasons) but really want some cross tyres for cycling out to epping, and through some mud - any suggestions? Typically these will be used of gravel in summer.
I'm torn between Schwarable G Ones and Cross Boss, but is the 18 0r so K on the cross Boss out to epping going to drag? And Are the G ones going to be pretty useless in the mud this time of year? Am I infect looking for two pairs of tyres?
