Why not just go for larger discs? I know it's uncouth, but 203mm rotors on downhill bikes rarely get warped. Still don't get the obsession on road bikes and 140mm rotors.

Two thing, weight, and the flat mount designed for 140mm without adaptor.
The latter doesn't really hold much ground tbh. 160 all around and happier braking. How much more does a 160 rotor weigh anyway
