Sharp isn't everything but yeah: that Trip can take really sharp photos for a camera that old.

Anyone selling anything like an olympus trip 35? Looking to get into film cameras, just seems like i will look at the photos a lot more if they are physical, seems easier for me not having to have a battery as well, got a lot of travelling around europe planned this summer as well.

@mi7rennie thanks, the plan is to revisit in the winter and drive all the way around the island, weather permitting.
Fog looks great there, very atmospheric.

I may have killed my mju ii, fell out of my pocket at high speed, we are talking like a good 25-30mph. Didn't turn on after however there may be hope. Realised that the battery must have flung out during the fall. Fingers crossed it lives

this is true...only filters involved are under the enlarger...

hope you don't need a replacement, they're pretty tough - if you do let me know

The only bit of damage I can see is a small crack on the corner of the back plate. Do you have one you'd like to sell? I've been tempted to get another as the focus on mine is a bit dodgy

I've got an mju 1 for cheap. All perfect except for the door on the front doesn't stick open so you have to hold it with your index finger whilst you take a picture.
shot a fair bit on the tube myself, just tend to be discreet about it, its the same as any street photography just if they catch you and you don't instantly break the tension its slightly awkward for longer than on a street where you can just smile and walk off.
Reminds me, this project by my mate Damien is shot on the tube: http://www.damianchrobak.com/portraiture/
His work is insane, lots (if not all his site is film).
