Hmm... some of that stuff is shocking, but penalties for fucking around with infrastructure that can cause an environmental disaster... I don't think that's such a bad thing.

Depends how the law is then used - see various stories of uk govt & councils using anti-terror legislation for completely unrelated activities. Also, I suspect the 'obstructing' bit will be the killer.

But yeah, there's some fucked up stuff there all right.
