  • Eureka moment today. Realise the intensity of my easy runs had gradually crept up. Cut back to sub 140bpm moving much easier.

    New trainers due soon too.

  • This is so key, sub 75% MHR makes doing all the hi intensity stuff in a week so much more achievable, with long runs cardiac drift does result in a rather disappointing positive split long runs though!
