I don't think the end of those is 22.2mm, they only mention 22.2 as motorcycle bars also come in 1" (25.4?) diameter.
Other problem with motorcycle bar ends is that they are gonna be heavy, they make em that way to cancel out some of the vibration you get through the bars. Probably neither needed or wanted for our application.
