Oh yeah. Forgot about the points for "U S A, U S A" and contrasting anodised stuff.

The rear derailleur isn't fancy, but I like the bike as a whole.

Spammy spam spam: got a pair of WTB Horizon, been set up tubeless, 4 months old but less than 300 miles on them - £50 posted in the UK (as soon as I finish cleaning out the last of the stans goo)

That's nie. Who built it?
-
• #1042
Why you getting rid?
-
• #1043
Minimising the amount of stuff left at my parents for the next 2 years/I'll probably be riding a 29er unless I fuck about with posting stuff.
By the time I'm back I'm hoping there's a new tyre that hits the sweetspot somewhere between WTB's tubelessness + durability and Compass' grip + suppleness.

What pressure are people running their horizons at when tubeless?
-
• #1045
At a guess, 25-30 at the front, 30-35psi at the back. 30mm rims, about 80kg overall weight.
-
• #1046
ok i'm running about 35 front and back. very odd sensation trying to corner on them
-
• #1047
Possibly the lower BB after converting? I gave up trying to find the right pressure and just started braking sooner and being a bit more careful round bends.
-
• #1048
How wide are your rims?
-
• #1049
25mm internal they're WTB ST i25

Hey scooter
I run mine at 40psi,but have had them don to 25psi off road. Inner tubes tho
every time I see that at £30 I 'start' a 650b rim brake project in my head then realise that there is not future to rim brake 650b rims and retract .. otherwise it'd be a copy of ocean air rambler without the price tag of $2k.
Plus I think they are that old version you mentioned.
