I'm not overly worried, but I've got used to the looks of my felt being all stealthy and black, so if it does completely replace it I don't mind the £150 or so it'll cost to get it painted matt black.

If you're getting it painted, make sure you research the textured paint route. Trip socks for your bike.

Textured paint? How does that work? I mean, I understand how it would work but is anyone knowledgeable enough to paint in the right spots?
