Comes with box, charger, cable, sim pin.
Bought in Feb 2012, its the retina display one.
Pretty mint condition except for a 12mm scrape along the top back edge which happened yesterday which I'm pissed about. Barely noticeable as it's black on black, but it's been in an apple case since purchase.
