@Bad_Science the Escoffier Room is ace.
We eat at Vincent Rooms often as its on my door step. The quality of the food is great, agreed the service is a bit nervous, but they just need some encouragement from us punters.

Had lunch at the brasserie in the Vincent Rooms yesterday.
Very impressed with the food. The service is occasionally a bit nervous, but the whole point of the place is that everyone is learning.
