That's just my experience though, they might work for you :)

Thanks for the reply. I'll try the normal Ergons on my Fu Manchus when I get them and see how I get on. I used to have Marys and just used standard grips (usually I can't ride non-Ergon grips due to arthritic wrists - drops mostly ok though) so the angle may just work with foam grips or bartape.
