For the re-foam I used a kit from here: http://speaker-repairs.co.uk/shop/refoam/index.html
Very good instructions actually made it a lot easier than I had expected tbh

First go at replacing some perished foam surrounds. Thankfully on my second/kitchen system. Pretty straightforward, just takes a while. Hardest part is making sure the cone is centered over the voice coil before gluing them down.
