oh, didn't mean for anything like that. just thought it's a strange kind of assessment - not how corrupt a country is by whatever measure, but how corrupt people think it is. which seems very much like contemporary politics... it's just the PR that matters. but my reaction was superficial, eg. I'd never heard of it before and it has a funny name.
(also, didn't read into it as being your position/opinion, in case that makes a difference)
