What are the cheapest Mavic wheels with the exalith surface? Otherwise, do any other non-carbon wheels have a surface like that?

because I'm a tart and if I can get rid of all the silver bits on my winter bike, I will.

Also someone at work has the anniversary set with the yellow spoke and I want to paint it pink.
