Might be an FSA crank then - they had a habit of cracking the plastic BB bearing shields so that GXP thing you see could have been lifted from another BB.
This isn't the loose bearing cover, this is the more sealed drive-side one.
The inner sleeve (axle cover, whatever the fuck it's called) also has GXP on it.
