No idea what the crank is. It has an FSA spider lockring and M175 markings, that's about it.
Might be an FSA crank then - they had a habit of cracking the plastic BB bearing shields so that GXP thing you see could have been lifted from another BB.
They had 24mm axles like Shimano.
