I can't say I've bought much off them, but I've never read a bad word about them before.

They consistently advertise things at a good price that they don't have in stock, then take ages to tell you that a) it's going to take a while or b) that they can't actually get it and will refund you, eventually.

Fair point. Have to say Merlin have been incredibly quick and professional. It arrived mid morning today (text and email to confirm) and now its on my desk. Its not even an OEM product. Proper box and ting.
