The one thing I would hope everyone could agree Corbyn was doing right with his Brexit strategy (banging on about the threat the Tories pose to worker's rights) is undermined by the second (probably first, really) most powerful person in Labour.
I don't get why he said this. Even if the Tories had no plans to lower the bar when it comes to worker's rights (which I don't believe for a second), what does undermining the parties position that they should not be lowered achieve? Why should Labour be giving "credit" to the Tories for something they haven't yet done?
