    Lets not pretend it's just the right that do this. It was Labour who abolished the assisted places scheme, student grants and introduced university fees, all policies designed to keep the poor uneducated.

    That was after a huge step to the right and adopting neo-liberal-lite policies. (I did think 'et al.' would have covered this....)
