• What's everyone's training regime going to be? I'm planning on no week without at least a 100k. A 200k and a couple of 300k (one back to back with the 200) a 400 and a 600. Hoping this will be sufficient....

  • My original training regime were simple, about 3 fairly big audaxes before the main events was sufficent.

    I did had a job at the time commuting 26 miles a day thought.

  • I also don't have the benefit of a long commute at the moment and the Danish winter is not making it appealing to start riding 'for fun'. Need to get motivated soon.
