• What's everyone's training regime going to be? I'm planning on no week without at least a 100k. A 200k and a couple of 300k (one back to back with the 200) a 400 and a 600. Hoping this will be sufficient....

  • My original training regime were simple, about 3 fairly big audaxes before the main events was sufficent.

    I did had a job at the time commuting 26 miles a day thought.

  • Remember six weeks before no long rides but just working on your speed. I will probably do this very nice ride again for a 600 some time in May or June.

  • At least 2x 40km round trip commutes/week.
    Longer rides 2 weekends/month starting with 100km three weeks ago.
    Will try to fit in an SR at some point and maybe a couple of weekends of back to back 200s.
